Poker is the world's greatest game: fast decisions, thinking in bets, a lot of math — and you learn more about someone in three hands than in three coffees.

Lukas Koebis and Ryan Dunwoody are hosting a room in Shenzhen. Texas Hold'em, No Limit. Stakes are TechGames dollars, your balance for the season, not real money. Any level welcome. First-timers get walked through the first hand, and the full rules are just below. Seats are limited and the list is curated: sign up and your hosts approve by hand. You’ll hear from them soon if you’re in, and the exact venue appears on this page. Play starts at 7:00 pm.

This event is part of the official TechGames circuit, the game circuit of the startup world: 10,000+ founders, operators and investors, 200+ game nights, 6 cities, one leaderboard per city. Your result tonight moves you on the Shenzhen board, and playing earns startup perks.

How does the TechPoker circuit work?

  1. 1Start the season with TG$ 1,000

TechGames dollars, your score for the season. Some tables play real money on top. That stays between players.

  2. 2Play

Every circuit result moves your TG$ and your place on the Shenzhen board.

  3. 3Earn startup & enterprise perks

Games played, TG$ reached, where you finish the season. Each one earns a perk.
